CONFIRMATION OF EVENT REQUIREMENTS:

 

Grazing platters and grazing tables generally require a minimum 14 days notice. Confirmation of requirements, event times, venue setups, and number of guests must be received by Grace and Graze no later than 7 days prior to the event. By agreement between Grace and Graze and the customer, the number of guests attending may be increased up to 24 hours prior, and any such agreed increase in guest numbers will be charged for and paid by the customer accordingly.

Platter boxes generally require a minimum 1 week notice and are required to be paid in full upon order confirmation. Bookings are subject to availability.

FOOD SAFETY TERMS:

Not only is our food beautiful and delicious, it's safe too! We are a licensed company that takes food safety seriously. All our food has been prepared in a registered kitchen and all Food Control Plan standards have been adhered to. Once the box/platter/graze is in your possession, the responsibility is passed on to you, the host.

To ensure these food safety standards are upheld, please consume your box/platter/grazing table within 4 hours. Or, cover and store in the fridge until later that day. Perishable food should not be out of the fridge for more than four hours. After this period it must be thrown out. It is your responsibility to ensure these standards are met. After delivery we do not accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury that may occur either directly or indirectly related to the presentation and location of the platters if otherwise in accordance with our recommendations.

PLATTERS AND EQUIPMENT:

Please note that any platters or equipment supplied with your order is property of Grace & Graze LTD and so we require them to be returned to us in Pyes Pa within 3 days of your event, unless arranged otherwise. Alternatively, we can collect it at an additional travel fee. Please advise us on what option you choose, when enquiring about your grazing table or platter.

The hiring of theme-appropriate props outside of what we have in stock can be included and added to your quote upon request and subject to availability.

Depending on your booking a $50-$200 bond may be taken with the final balance of your booking as a cleaning/ breakage bond. If the equipment is all returned clean the bond will be returned. Equipment returned dirty will incur a cleaning charge. Loss or damage to equipment is subject to charges based on the retail value of the item.

 

GRAZING TABLE REQUIREMENTS:

A suitable table must be provided at the venue. It must be strong enough to hold the weight of all the food. Grazing tables must be set up indoors or in a sheltered space away from direct sunlight. Grace and Graze will not be liable for any circumstances, costs, liabilities, or claims arising out of a failure to adhere to the table requirements.

PICK UP / DELIVERY:

Pick ups are from 781 Pyes Pa Road, Tauranga, by appointment only.

Should you wish us to deliver platters or treat boxes, a flat delivery fee of $15 applies within a 20km radius of our business premises. Outside of this an additional price is charged. It is important when delivery is confirmed, someone is present to receive the items at the specified time period. we are unable to leave your order unattended as it contains perishable food. If someone is not present we will attempt to redeliver, however this will incur a redelivery fee. If you request them to be left without your acceptance, we accept no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions.

Set up for grazing tables (allow 1-3 hours)  is charged at $150-250 depending on event size and complexity, plus travel cost. Should a takedown service be required (allow 1 hour) a $75 charge applies plus travel cost. *Travel costs will be quoted when we know your event location.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Bookings are subject to availability. Platter boxes must be paid in full upon confirmation and are non-refundable.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking for all platters and grazing tables, and the balance paid in full 7 days prior to your event for grazing platters and grazing tables. In the circumstance of an unforeseen cancellation on your part, and you have given us more than 3 weeks notice of  your cancellation, Grace and Graze will provide a credit note for your deposit value to use at a later date. Cancellations less than 3 weeks prior to the event date will result in forfeiture of deposit. All cancellations and postponements must be notified in writing via email to graceandgraze@gmail.com. We will acknowledge receipt of the email.  If you are booking a grazing table, you will be sent a contract with additional terms and conditions.

If, in the unlikely event that Grace & Graze LTD is unable to fulfil an order that you have already paid for, we will issue you with a full refund. We will also refer you to similar vendors who may be able to cater for your event.
