Grazing through the seasons

If you've been following us you know we're obsessed with elevating a humble platter into a full-blown experience. But here's our secret weapon: seasonality. When you lean into whats fresh and in season, your grazing table not only looks next-level but tastes incredible too.

Below, we're spilling our favourite ideas for building a grazing table that sings with the seasons.

Summer : Bright, Bold and Juicy

Think berries that burst with flavour, heirloom tomatoes, and sunshine-coloured stone fruit. Pair with fresh mozarella or burrata with basil, drizzle over balsamic glaze, and throw in a citrusy hummus for a zingy hit. Add edible flowers for that extra insta moment.

Autumn : Warm and Rustic

Bring in figs, persimmons, roasted pumpkin, seeded crackers and nutty cheeses. Think burnt oranges, deep reds, and honey tones. A pot of spiced apple chutney makes everything sing.

Winter : Luxe and Comforting

This is the time for gooey baked brie, truffle cheeses, cured meats, rich chocolate, and seasonal citrus like mandarins. We also love adding toasted nuts and warm breads. Deep moody styling with candles and wooden boards takes it to another level.

Spring : Fresh and Floral

Snap peas, asparagus tips, soft goat's cheese, radishes, and fresh herbs. Colour palette? Pastels, blush pinks, and greens. Pair with a tangy lemon dip and scatter edible booms to make it feel alive.

Graze Tip

When in doubt, pick three hero cheeses, two seasonal fruits, one dip, one wow-factor extra (like honeycomb, candied nuts, or a mini dessert) and build from there. Layer textures, colours and heights - its our signature move.

Closing Bite

Whether its a wedding, workplace do, or a cosy night in, leaning in to the seasons will always elevate your platter. It keeps things fresh, and makes your table feel like it belongs to the moment.
